What is a Nomination Campaign?
Similar to a “Primary” in the United States, a federal nomination campaign is a competition between individuals of the same political party to be elected as the candidate for that political party in the next federal election.
The Conservative Party of Canada is holding a nomination contest to select the individual to be the Conservative name on the ballot to represent Kingston and the Islands in the next federal election.
Leona Alleslev is asking for your vote to become the Conservative candidate for Kingston and the Islands in the next federal election.
When is the Nomination?
The date and location of the nomination meeting has not yet been set by the Conservative Party of Canada. Once the date is set, all eligible members of the Conservative Party of Canada in Kingston and the Islands will be notified of the nomination meeting details. As well as being directly notified, come back later and we will post more details once they become available.
